Sparta Dental Designs completed its 16th year of Dental Day for Hospice
Newton NJ – December 18, 2012 – Dr. Edward Tirpack, DMD, MAGD and Dr. Seth Perlmutter, DMD along with their staff contributed their time and fees earned from their patient services to benefit Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice this past Monday, December 17th. The annual event is normally scheduled for the beginning of November, but with hurricane Sandy it was postponed. Dr. Tirpack and his wife Laura are the driving force for Dental day for Hospice and over the years have assisted to assure the future growth of Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice by raising over $70,000. “Dr. Ed epitomizes the definition of Community Service.” Julia Quinlan, Co-founder of the hospice stated.
Routine dental services as well as fillings, and even a root canal were all part of this year’s fees donated to hospice. Dr. Tirpack remarked “it has been an honor and privilege to be part of the hospice organization and to have helped in sustaining its mission. Now with the new in-patient unit on the horizon, this much needed facility will make available complete hospice care in Sussex County and surrounding communities.” Dr. Tirpack also serves as a board member on the Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Foundation Board.
