For those who have lost a loved one through death, the center provides emotional support and education about the grief process for hospice families and the community. Services include Individual Support, Ongoing Support Groups, Annual Memorial Services, Classroom Support Services, Community Education and Workshops.
How are services paid for?
Individual Counseling Services – If your loved one was a Hospice patient in our program, individual counseling at the Joseph T. Quinlan Bereavement Center is available at no cost.
For community members who have experienced the loss of a loved one, counseling is offered at a rate of $90 per 50-minute session. Sessions for community members are scheduled based on availability.
